A native of the Tampa, Florida area, I cut my teeth playing blues guitar as a teenager in local bars. After being selected twice to the Gibson/Baldwin GRAMMY Jazz Ensembles in high school, I moved to New York City to attend Manhattan School of Music as a jazz bassist. I spent years orbiting the New York jazz scene with artists such as Bobby Sanabria, Stefon Harris, and the LeBoeuf Brothers, eventually connecting with RCA Records artist Gavin DeGraw in 2008. I began my touring career, traveling the world as Gavin’s musical director, guitarist, and background vocalist for 15 years. I have worked as a guitarist, bassist, vocalist, musical director, live show designer, producer, film composer, songwriter and teacher across the musical spectrum, with artists such as Andy Grammer, Colbie Caillat, Train, Mat Kearney, Parachute, the Heydaze, and many others. I have shared the stage with Billy Joel(over 40 shows), Shania Twain (over 70 shows), Bon Jovi, Alanis Morissette, Martina McBride, Maroon 5, The Script and countless others, performing for tens of thousands at venues ranging from Madison Square Garden, to Fenway Park, to Giants Stadium to Wrigley Field. I have appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with David Letterman, The Late Late Show with James Corden, The Miss Universe Pageant, Dancing With the Stars, The Ellen Show, The Today Show, Conan, America’s Got Talent, VH1 Big Morning Buzz, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin' Eve, The Voice, the Official NFL Super Bowl Tailgate Party, the NHL Winter Classic, Live From Daryl’s House, and many more, both domestically and abroad.  My time away from touring is spent producing music for film and television, teaching, writing and recording between New York City, Los Angeles, Nashville and my home studio in St. Petersburg, Florida.
